Flint, MI - $1 Original Fr. 382 The Citizens NB Ch. # 1780First Charters only from this rare Flint bank, with this the fifth note reported. All are quite low grade, with "Very Good" the highest grade listed in the census for any of the survivors. PCGS Good 6, with no defects but honest wear.
