New Bedford, MA - $1 Original Fr. 380 The Mechanics NB Ch. # 743 PMG Very Fine 30.From a large-only New Bedford bank that liquidated in 1919, this pretty note is one of six First Charter aces in the census and is easily the finest of that half dozen. It displays bright paper, great color, and unusually large margins for a New England ace.
