From a bank with just nine large examples documented in the latest edition of the census. This Very Fine piece was likely carried for a time as a keepsake in someone's wallet, as it has light indications of such. With the exception of a three digit serial listed in the census as "CU", most of the known seven $10 Plain Back survivors from here are circulated and bear serials higher than 5000. The margins are full and attractive all around and the officers' ink signatures are strongly legible, including that of the Vice President. A difficult issuer to acquire and one that should be worth at least....
