Ch. # (P)3408 PMG Very Fine 30.A rare large size example from the home of the University of Idaho, this is one of only six pieces in the census. This community was not named after the major Russian city, but rather the hometown of the local postmaster who came from Moscow, Pennsylvania. This is a bright mid-grade example with bold ink colors and dark stamped signatures.
