Jacksonville, FL - $5 1902 Red Seal Fr. 589 The Barnett National
Bank Ch. # (S)9049 PMG Very Good 8 Net.This offering represents a very scarce type for the Sunshine State as it is one of only three dozen Red Seals reported for all Florida banks. One of just two such pieces in the census for this private name Jacksonville bank, neither of which has ever appeared at public sale, this $5 has seen its share of circulation and has some repairs, but it does retain a bold red overprint and legible stamped signatures.
