Description

Danbury, CT - $1 Original Fr. 380 The National Pahquioque Bank Ch. # 1132
A very scarce note bearing the first of this bank's three titles, which is found on First Charters and Brown Backs only. The Pahquioque, for those interested, were a Native American tribe resident in the Danbury and western Connecticut area whose range extended up and down the Housatonic River valley. PCGS Good 6, with a few minor flaws but actually quite solid for the grade.
