Santa Barbara, CA - $50 1882 Date Back Fr. 563 The Santa Barbara
County National Bank Ch. # (P)2456 PMG Very Fine 20.A rare type and denomination from this bank, which elected to issue only high denomination notes during the Second and Third charter periods. Tracing its provenance to both the Philip Krakover and Charley Colver collections, this moderately circulated $50 displays nice color and bold pen signatures. Some minor tape repairs in the margins have been noted by PMG.
