National Bank Ch. # (P)4886 PMG Very Fine 25.This pleasing mid-grade $5 Brown Back from this always sought after southern California city was last offered by us in our 2010 FUN auction. It is one of just three examples of this type and denomination reported from this large-only charter and it traces its provenance to our auction of The Lowell Horwedel Collection in 2004. It exhibits even wear with nice color and signatures.
