Marysville, CA - $5 1902 Plain Back Fr. 606 The First National
Bank Ch. # (P)11123 PMG Very Fine 30.A great new addition to the census of this scarce and seldom offered Yuba County bank, this is not only just the seventh large size to be reported, but it becomes easily the finest known. With none of the other reported examples grading better than Fine, this newly surfaced piece will certainly be of great interest to the many Golden State collectors. This $5 features excellent color, bold purple stamped signatures, and original embossing. Its only flaw is a trivial speck of residue in the right margin.
