2491 PMG Very Fine 20.A just plain rare type and denomination from California, with the National Currency Foundation census showing fewer than twenty examples recorded from all non-Gold banks in the state combined. This attractive note is right up there with the best in that listing as it features bright paper, dark pen signatures, and, as attested to by PMG's comment "Great Color," it also displays wonderful color for the grade.
