Chico, CA - $5 1902 Plain Back Fr. 600 The Butte County National Bank Ch. # (P)9294 PMG Choice Fine 15.A very rare northern California bank which only issued Date Backs and Plain Backs before liquidating in 1922. A mere five notes comprise the entire census, including this $5 which is being publicly offered for the first time. It has seen its share of circulation, but maintains solid paper for the grade as well decent color and bold purple stamped signatures.
