Hope, AR - $5 1902 Plain Back Fr. 605 The Citizens NB Ch. # 10579A hopeful offering from this Hempstead County bank. This note is new to the census, bringing the large count to a baker's dozen. Solid paper and legible stamped signatures can be seen on this Fine. Foxing is apparent along with some small rust spots on the back along with an ink stain on the bottom edge near center.
