Ch. # (S)3662 PMG Very Fine 25.Large notes only were issued from this Phillips County bank, with this the only Red Seal in the census. It is a most attractive piece with excellent color, bold pen signatures, and plenty of eye appeal for the grade. It represents a scarcer Arkansas type as well, with fewer than three dozen Red Seals reported for all banks combined.
