Green Forest, AR - $10 1929 Ty. 1 The First National Bank Ch. # 10422 PMG Very Fine 25.A great Arkansas rarity from an obscure little bank that issued a mere 96 sheets of small size notes before closing in 1931. Surprisingly, five examples have survived (and no large) including this note which was last on the market in our 2014 Central States auction. It is a pleasing mid-grade $10 with bright paper and even wear. The minor rust mentioned on the PMG back label concerns a solitary small spot at back upper left in the margin.
