Fort Smith, AR - $10 1902 Plain Back Fr. 631 The City NB Ch. # 10609Printed blue signatures of R.H. Kagy and I.H. Nakdimen are found on this $10. This piece is listed in the census, but without a grade. It was basically folded into eighths with a little more handling added. At the Very Fine+ grade level, this example is only surpassed by just a couple of graded large notes on this Sebastian County institution.
