Description
Ten Consecutive United States Currency "Money Pad" Fr. 1900-D $1 1963 Federal Reserve Notes. Uncirculated. The ten consecutively serial numbered in descending order notes have been individually glued in a glossy black card stock holder and there is also a slip paper glued in between all but two of the notes. The "money pad" ends with two forms for future orders. We have noticed that a final order form and/or filler page has been removed from the very back. This item was made by the Cashcraft Co. of Cleveland, Ohio. We also learn from the order form that the person's name on the front cover is done in 23K gold leaf. The front cover wording gives the impression that this product was printed by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing personally for the person whose name (Robert Tripp) is on the front cover. This is not so as a disclaimer on the inside back cover states that "Only the currency herein is printed by the Bureau of Engraving & Printing. The materials, embossing and binding are products of The Cashcraft Company." This is simply a great "money pad." A 6.25 by 3 inch gray envelope accompanies this lot.
