South Korea MPC Coupon Series II $20 ND (1970) Schwan 978South Korean troops needed Korean MPC coupons plus American MPCs in like amounts in order to pay for merchandise and services during the Vietnam War. Since Korean MPC coupons were not theoretically available from black marketeers, this action greatly decreased the amount of merchandise entering the black market. Folds are light save for one on this PCGS Very Fine 30 example.
