Bicknell's Reporter Counterfeit Detector. Dated Philadelphia February 25, 1833, this early counterfeit detector has the form of a four page full-size newspaper, listing early (obviously) obsolete notes from all the states and giving characteristics of both the genuines and known counterfeits. Incredibly preserved, with no problems save for a minor water stain. Useful or frameable, your choice.Auction Info
