$100 Bill Cigarette Case and Lighter. A full size case and matching lighter in its original box, both lightly used but in excellent condition with only a few surface scratches. We have seen a number of these in their original boxes, but they are always the half case size. This is only the second full size case that we know of in its original box. Est. 200up
