Fr. 375 $20 1891 Treasury Note PMG Very Fine 30 Net.PMG has assigned a Net grade of 30 due to "Minor Foreign Substance" which is probably accurate, but certainly inconsequential as we cannot locate it. These Treasury Twenties in mid-collector grades are always extremely popular. This one has the full eye-appeal and most of the technical merit of a bright, clean XF. It should create considerable collector interest in spite of the Net grade.
