Fr. 368 $10 1890 Treasury Note PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ. A gorgeous Sheridan Fancy Back Ten with pronounced original embossing that can be easily seen through the third-party holder. PMG has awarded this beautiful note both its Exceptional Paper Quality comment and its Exceptional Embossing and Color comment.
