Fr. 363 $5 1891 Treasury Note PCGS Gem New 66PPQ. A lovely note with great color, bulls-eye centering on both face and back, and loads of originality, in short, a piece which is eminently worthy of the PCGS grade of Gem 66PPQ. It is the only Fr. 363 to merit this PCGS grade, with none having been graded higher by them.
