Fr. 359 $5 1890 Treasury Note PCGS Gem New 65.A stellar example of this very scarce type. The colors do not get any better on this large brown seal ornate back note, and the lifelike portrait of General Thomas, the "Rock of Chickamauga," stares out into eternity at the center of the note. PCGS has graded only four Fr. 359's at this grade level, with none finer.
