Fr. 352 $1 1891 Treasury Note PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ. The front to back centering is nearly perfect. While we have seen similar margins on notes graded Gem, the top margin is a little smaller than the bottom, resulting in the near-Gem grade.
