Fr. 352 $1 1891 Treasury Note PCGS Gem New 66PPQ.A very common note with slightly over 700 examples known, making it an ideal piece to represent the type. Along with the 66 grade, PCGS has awarded this note their "Premium Paper Quality" comment. The note has spectacular bright color, excellent margins, and super eye appeal. The 66PPQ grade actually seems a tad conservative.
