Fr. 347 $1 1890 Treasury Note Extremely Fine-About New. A single light center fold and a few corner folds are this nice note's only problems. 1890 Treasury Notes, with their ornate backs, are one of the more popular series. And this one is in an ideal collector grade, with just enough light circulation to keep the price reasonable, but nowhere near enough to be detrimental to the note's visual allure.
