Reverse Changeover Pair Fr. 238/237 $1 1923 Silver Certificates PCGS Graded.A pleasing pair of Reverse COP notes with both equally original. The 238 grades Gem New 65PPQ and the 237 is Choice New 63. A Reverse COP is two consecutive serial numbered notes from two different series with the first note being of the later series. Fr. 237s, 238s, and 239s were together on the printing presses for a small amount of time in the late 1920s.
