PMG Graded Fr. 237 and 238 $1 1923 Silver Certificate Changeover Pair. The 237 has been graded Superb 67 EPQ, and the 238 65 EPQ. The 238 is the lower of the two consecutively serial-numbered notes; these are sometimes referred to as "Changeback Pairs," or "Reverse Changeover Pairs."
