Low Serial H80 Fr. 254 $2 1899 Silver Certificate PMG Gem
Uncirculated 65 EPQ.Long time dealer I. Nelson Clark was the first one to report this low serial H80 note on this better Napier-Thomson Friedberg number to the Martin Gengerke Census. Excellent color, broad balanced margins, embossing, and natural paper wave are observed on this well preserved plate letter D beauty. The qualities of this example would be hard to improve upon.
