Lovely Napier Courtesy Autographed $2 1899 Silver
J.C. Napier Courtesy Autograph Fr. 253 $2 1899 Silver Certificate PCGS Gem New 66PPQ.J.C. Napier graciously applied his signature on two lines to the right of the blue two designator on this lovely $2 Agricultural. Napier served as Register of the Treasury from August of 1911 through March of 1913. A nicely centered example, with bold color, broad, even margins and flashy bright ink.
