Fr. 329 $50 1880 Silver Certificate About Fine. When we first sold this note in May of 1997, it was new to the census, which numbers right around two dozen pieces - a quarter of which are permanently impounded. The great majority of the remaining pieces are right around this grade, with only three pieces distinctly finer. This note is totally free of problems and restorations, and it has surprisingly good print quality and ink clarity for a note in this grade. It's exceptionally well centered on both sides and its large margins are intact and unfrayed.Auction Info
