Fr. 321 $20 1891 Silver Certificate PMG Uncirculated 61 Net. The top border is trimmed down to the frame line on this otherwise fully uncirculated note. PMG comments "Margin Repair," as there is a small and quite well concealed split at the top margin as well. Were the repair not present, this would easily be a five figure item.
