58.A very scarce Friedberg number, the Track & Price census only accounts for a population of eighty in all grades combined. The auction history of this note dates back to a Bowers & Ruddy sale in 1982, with an appearance in a Hickman & Oakes sale in 1984. Small pinhole repairs are mentioned by PCGS but they in no way impact the beauty of this perfectly centered and vividly printed note.
