53.A $20 Silver originally purchased from a dealer's fixed price list in 1983. This is the scarcest Friedberg number of the Open Back Mannings with a population of 64 in Track & Price. It is tied for the highest graded Fr. 317 to come to auction in over five years. The minor repairs are to both left corner tips and they are confined to the margins. Nevertheless, it is one of the higher graded examples that you will find.
