Fr. 310 $20 1880 Silver Certificate PCGS Extremely Fine 40.In terms of appearance, this Decatur is one of the finest of about three dozen surviving Fr. 310s. A lone Uncirculated example is known, which is the plate note in Friedberg's book and is permanently impounded in the ANA Museum in Colorado Springs. This piece then is certainly in the top ten collectible examples with a full About Uncirculated or better appearance. Bright paper and bold colors add to the eye appeal.
