Evenly Circulated Stephen Decatur 1880 Silver Certificate
Fr. 309 $20 1880 Silver Certificate PMG Very Fine 20 Net.The Net grade has been assigned from PMG for "Splits, Ink." The ink is at the left on the back, and it seems like a small spill rather than writing. It is about a quarter-inch long. The splits are minor, and there are not very many.
