Fr. 281 $5 1899 Silver Certificate PCGS Banknote Extremely Fine 40.The Speelman-White signature combination represents Fr. 281, the last number for the Chief type. This XF piece displays a dark blue overprint on the face that is well embossed, as observed on the back of the note. Only a few light folds preclude this presentable piece from achieving a higher grade.
