Fr. 269 $5 1896 Silver Certificate PCGS Superb Gem New 67PPQ.Both grading services together have graded over 450 examples of this $5 Educational Fr. 269. Of those notes, there is a single 68 and seven 67s, making this note a member of a very small elite group. The note itself would look very much at home in a 68 holder. It is simply superb, with wonderful print quality, boardwalk margins, fresh original embossing, and ideal colors of the inks and paper.
