EPQ.The design on the front, featuring Electricity personified at center holding a lighted bulb illuminating several other allegorical figures, was adapted from a painting by Walter Shirlaw. The back of the note with its portraits of Ulysses .S. Grant and Philip H. Sheridan was done by a collaborative team of G.F.C. Smilie, Lorenzo Hatch, and T.F. Morris. This note is totally fresh and fully original, with good margins, and color as bright as the day the note was made. These are so immensely popular that demand continually outstrips supply. This piece is as nice as any at this grade level.
