Fr. 258 $2 1899 Silver Certificate PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ.What is otherwise a fully superb piece has had its grade limited by a very tight bottom margin. As close as it is though, it still does clear the frame line at all points. Save for that margin, this is as nice an 1889 $2 Silver as one will ever see.
