Fr. 253 $2 1899 Silver Certificate PMG About Uncirculated 50 EPQ.A very nicely margined Agricultural Deuce with bright paper, bold ink colors, and little evidence of circulation. The Napier-McClung signature combination is certainly not scarce but is far less common than Fr. 256 and Fr. 258. The last comparable note we auctioned was a PCGS Banknote AU 58 (no PPQ) that realized over $1,300.
