Fr. 252 $2 1899 Silver Certificate PMG Very Fine 30 Net.A vibrant blue overprint and solid embossing are found on this moderately circulated Agricultural Deuce that has a small edge split and some light staining on its back. The Vernon-McClung signature combination represents a tougher Friedberg number for this design.
