Fr. 252 $2 1899 Silver Certificate PMG Superb Gem Unc 67 EPQ.
A wonderful example, this Agricultural Deuce is tied with just two other notes for the finest graded by PMG. It last crossed the auction block in our 2015 Central States auction when it was housed in a PCGS Superb 67PPQ holder. With the look of a note that was printed this morning, it features sharp corners, strong embossing, and an abundance of natural paper wave. In our recent Central States auction, we offered one of the other PMG 67 EPQ examples which realized $6,000.
