Fr. 252 $2 1899 Silver Certificate PCGS Gem New 65. The reason this note did not receive a PPQ designation is not readily apparent. What is apparent is the paper appears wholly original and wavy, the printing is bold, and the overprint is a deep blue. This beautiful design which features the portrait of Washington at center is listed as No. 67 in the book 100 Greatest American Currency Notes.From The Troy Wiseman Collection
