Fr. 248 $2 1896 Silver Certificate PMG Very Fine 30. This $2 Ed was graded in the pre-EPQ days as it has the comment "Great Embossing" on the label. We concur with that assessment as the embossing of the upper serial number is easily seen. The margins are wide and the inks are ideal for the grade, too.Auction Info
