Fr. 248 $2 1896 Silver Certificate PCGS Gem New 65PPQ. Hugely margined with bright color and good, sharp print quality. The back centering is just a tad high, and we suspect that without that trifling defect, this handsome Educational Deuce would have made the 66 grade.
