William Windom, whose portrait is featured on this $2 Silver Certificate, served as Secretary of the Treasury twice, once under Garfield and once under Harrison. He famously died in office in 1891 at Delmonico's Steak House in New York City. This Windom Deuce is an attractive representative of the type with bright paper and a cherry red seal.
