68 PPQ.Over eight years have elapsed since this lovely Hancock Deuce was last on the market in our 2016 ANA auction where it brought $11,750. This gorgeous note, with the appearance of having been printed just earlier today, is tied for the finest graded by either service for this Friedberg number. However, it is the only example at this lofty grade level to have appeared at public auction since 2008. As we mentioned eight years ago, the opportunity to add an example of one of these desirable notes to one's collection should be seized as who knows when the next such opportunity will arise.
