Fr. 224 $1 1896 Silver Certificate PCGS Apparent Gem New 66.Well margined, with full, bright, impressive color, pleasing paper surfaces, original embossing and decent centering of both sides. PCGS has red holdered this note for a restoration at the right edge which is very well done and quite difficult to locate.
