EPQ.From the last signature combination that appeared on this design, this popular $1 Silver Certificate depicts Martha Washington whose portrait was engraved by Charles Burt, based on a painting by Charles Francois Jalabert. With clear even margins, excellent registration front-to-back, and vibrant original colors and paper surfaces, this note has certainly earned its grade. In fact, it has currently ended up as the top graded note for this Friedberg number recorded in the PMG Population Report.
